This form is intended for unit owners only and is required to gain access to the restricted, members-only areas of the Association’s website. These areas contain materials and records that are maintained exclusively for the benefit of Golf’s Edge Condominium Association members.

To ensure proper access control and protect ownership information, this form must be completed in full, signed, and submitted with a copy of a valid state-issued photo ID confirming your identity. Incomplete forms or those missing identification cannot be processed.

Once complete, please email your signed form and ID copy to golfsedgeoffice@gmail.com.

Please allow up to 10 business days for verification and processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved and access has been granted.

This verification process is required to ensure that confidential Association materials are available only to verified unit owners of the Golf’s Edge Condominium Association.
